Can Roving Mechanical Fit Accessories?

Yes – in fact we do a lot of this work.

Customers benefit from our access to lower cost spare parts and or experience fitting accessories. We can fit a full range of 4WD accessories including:

* Dual Batteries
* Bullbars
* Electric Brakes
* Snorkels
* Driving Lights
* Power Outlets
* Sidesteps
* Coil Spring Conversions
* Shock Absorbers
* Suspension Upgrades
And much more.

Can You Tell Me How Much The Repair Of Service Will Cost?

Because we only service and repair Land Rovers, we are very familiar with the work, parts and time required for a repair or service and will be able to give you a good estimate of the cost before we start the work.

If something changes during the repair or service, Pete will let you know about this AND suggest the service or repair options you have available to you . We understand that you want to be in control of the costs and avoid nasty surprises and will do our best to keep up informed.

Do You Charge For Travel Time To And From My Vehicle?

No. We provide mobile Land Rover service to clients in the Sutherland Shire, St.George and Bankstown areas of Sydney. We do not charge to travel time in these areas.

From time to time we are asked to do jobs out of area and we reserve the right to charge travel time in this case, but would inform you of this if that was to be the case.

Do You Charge Travel Time To Go And Get A Part If You Don’t Have It?

No. Because we specialise only on Land Rovers, the Roving Mechanical truck is well stocked with a wide range Land Rover parts such as including starter motors, ignition components, filters, water pumps, brakes, hoses, belts and fuel pumps. This means we can usually complete your repair or service on the spot.

Sometimes we do have to go and get parts, but we do not charge for travel time. We only charge for time working on your vehicle.

Do You Do Land Rover Repairs?

Yes, we do a full range of Land Rover repairs including:
– engine rebuilds.
– Land Rover transmission rebuilds.
– clutch repairs.
– fuel pump and fuel system repairs.
– and much more.

Is There A Warranty On Your Work?

Yes. All of Roving Mechanical’s work carries a 12 months parts and labour warranty.

What Hours Do You Work?

We are available to suit the needs of our customers, however, we typically work from 8am with the last service or repair booking in the 2pm-4pm time slot.

We also provide mobile Land Rover service in Saturday mornings.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept most payment methods including EFTPOS, all major Credit Cards incl American Express and Diners, Cash and Cheque.

As with other service options, you will need to make payment for your Land Rover service or repair when the job is completed. Remember, there is a parts and labour warranty in the unlikely even that anything should go wrong with the service.

What Protections Do I Have If I Use Roving Mechanical?

All of Roving Mechanical’s work carries a full 12 months parts and labour warranty.

Roving Mechanical is fully insured.

So you have no risk in making the wise decision to switch your Land Rover service to Roving Mechanical.

When You Say You Work On Land Rovers – Do You Work On All Types?

Yes, we provide repairs and services for all makes of Land Rover. This includes Defenders, Discoveries, Freelanders and Range Rovers.

We can service all models and series of Land Rover.
