Land Rover has released concept pictures of the potential 2015 replacement Defender, the DC100. The initial reaction from Facebook, Twitter, and other forum posts are mostly negative, with 5% of the Land Rover world expressing their approval. The site then goes on to identify the most iconic portions of the 2011 Defender (front wings, side doors, windscreen, bulkhead, rear-tub) and highlight the changes between it and the DC100. The final conclusion is that the DC100’s design is too large a jump for Land Rover.
